What does Sterility testing do?

Sterility testing typically screens for bacteria (aerobic and anaerobic), mycoplasma and fungi and yeast

How is it done?

Cell culture material is exposed to various growth conditions, allowing for aerobic and anaerobic bacteria, as well as fungi, to be detected. All agar types are incubated for 7 days to allow for the detection of even slow-growing pathogens.
