The newly created role of Project Manager will play a pivotal role in organisations continued growth, being the crucial interface between the customer and our technical and R&D teams.
You will be the main point of contact for the customer, ensuring you are in regular contact with them throughout the project and ensure you fully understand their requirements and the resources required to deliver them.
You will manage the scheduling and milestone setting with our technical and operational teams and maintain a full understanding of the obligations of the customer and Biofortuna including what is included in the project price and what is not, ensuring that change requests requiring additional charge are charged.
Above all your role will be to liaise with all project stakeholders, regularly and accurate report to them and ensure expectations are deliverable, costed and met.
To be successful in this role we would expect that you will have:
- experience and a demonstrable track record of success within a similar role
- an understanding how a product transitions from “Assay Development” to “Manufacturing” within our ISO13485 accredited business
- an understanding of the terms and conditions of supply
- excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, presentation and reporting skills
