We have a vacancy for a starter role for an individual wanting to develop a career in customer services. This role encompasses on-the-job learning, if necessary day release learning at Coleg Cambria (Deeside) or dedicated hours for training onsite during office hours and operational duties in our offices on Deeside Industrial Park CH5 2UA.
Working hours will be 9:00 to 17:30 weekdays.
What you’ll bring:
It is essential that candidates are organised and meticulous, have excellent communication skills including dealing with the general public on the phone and are good team members. They must be able to demonstrate a genuine interest and enthusiasm for customer services and must have five or more GCSE passes including English and Maths.
