Our HLA typing service includes comprehensive typing of HLA-A, B, Cw, DRB1, DRB3, DRB4, DRB5, DQA1 and DQB1 at a resolution (allele specific or group specific typing) to meet your needs and budget. We also offer HLA-B27 testing, HLA-B27 subtyping, DQA-DQB testing for Coeliac Disease, and B*5701 and B*5701 extended haplotype testing for Abacavir (Ziagen) hypersensitivity. To complement our genotyping services we offer extensive research advice on the implication of HLA genotyping for disease association studies, vaccine research and CRO studies using our proprietary HLA data mining software.
